I had a minor connectivity issue with my ALO mini cryodock when used with my 2G nano, that wasn't a problem with my 5.5G video ipod.

I sent Ken a PM about it, and he had me send it back. After I sent it in he replaced it with a new cable instead of trying to repair the old one, and I got a shorter version like I originally wanted.

I am VERY happy with his service. Highly recommended.

Ken is always very responsive regarding any issues you may have. For me, he accidentally cashed a check that I sent him, but upon emailing him, he promptly credited me back the money along with an apology. I would never hesitate to email him with any questions or concerns.
