i live pretty far away probably on the other side of the globe from you guys..

and the talk abt this hf-1 excites me! its a wooden driver housing!! probably akin to the rs-series.. but is the resonating chamber going to be plastic??

but 225 voice coil seem to have the freq response of 20hz - 20khz there abouts..

i've been itching for a 325i.. seeing the metal resonating chamber, and the coil response of 18hz to 22-24khz..

how will the hf-1 perform side by side with the 325i?

i can get the 325i off the shelf easily, but the hf-1's gonna travel pretty far + insurance.. probably cost the same amt as what i will pay for a 325i in shop..

arhh!! todd!! help me :p

if the HF-1 sounds better than the 325i, i probably wont mind getting it though.. but will it? :p

I say go and get the HF1. If you do not like it or if you get a chance to compare against a 325i and prefer the 325i sound then sell the HF1. Chances are you will not have much of a problem selling the HF1. Good luck.
