Hi guys i've read an article about "stratoKOSSter" and planning to made one for myself but i need the dimension for the woodcups any tutorial is really apreciated

A dimension or layout of the L cushion is really apreciated too

I just made myself some wood cups.
 
The outer dimension of the cup where the headband attaches is 55mm.
 
The driver diameter is 46mm.
 
L-cush pads are 80mm in diameter and 20mm thick.

Well, ideal is really up to you.
 
I think the nominal height for the SR series headphones is 35mm.
 
My cups are 52mm. It's really up to you.
