While I was recabling a pair of Grado Headphones, one of the solder pads on the transducer overheated and came off. There now is no sound because I can't find the thin transducer wire. Is there any way I can fix this, or is this driver shot?

It seems you have answered your own question... if you can't find the wire what is there you could do?

The wire is a bit important and there is no substitue for it... though there may be another driver you could get from Grado?
