My Grado SR80's wire where it splits to 2 wire, where it says GL
the black wire ripped off. Now i see blue, red, white wires under it.
I need help to fix it?

You'd have to put a few wrappings of teflon tape around that end to be able to use & slip a heat shrink tube around the 1/8" plug. otherwise a dab of silicon gel/glue may suffice. is it still under warranty?
