Hello,

I was in the process of recabling my Grado SR80i, using Mogami W2893, when I noticed that there was conductivity between Signals and Ground with the stock cable. The headphone sounds nice, no hum or noise, and is nearly new, and hasn't be modded, except a replacement of the grills. After the recabling, the headphone was still sounding nice, and the conductivity was still there. There is around 30Ohm of resistance between the Ground and Signals, is that normal?

Thanks!

Antoine
