In listening to my grado sr225s recently there has been a sudden dropout in the left channel of music. I have isolated it to the headphones themselves. Is there anything that can be done? Almost seems like there is a short in wiring, does it just need a resolder?

If it's not an obvious loose connection, send them back to Grado for repair....
