Hello,
I have a pair of Grado SR-60s and the headphone plug is starting to fail, which I hear is common with them. What can I do to fix this? I wrote Grado and am awaiting a response but I don't have a receipt so I'm worried they won't fix them (wouldn't that be bull****!).

Why don't you have a receipt? Did it "fall off the truck"?

Call them up, let them know the situation, and send them in. They are great about taking care of repairs from what I hear.
