Grado Sr-225 Leakage

Hey, those who own the 225's, how bad is the sound leakage compared with the SR-60 and px100? They're both open phones, but the SR-60's leak like 100x more than the px100's do. Are the SR-225's as bad the 60's? Can I maybe listen to them at the library without being a major ******?

Yeah, I would never take Grado's in a quiet setting with other people, because they will hear something -- you need closed, IEM or earbuds for that setting.

Actually, px100's, ksc75's, and portapros all work fine in a library setting as long as I keep my fuze at under half volume. SR-60's are terrible after around 1/12th volume. I think Grados just leak worse than any other headphones.

and those 3 are tops for their respective prices, you can't do much better without spending lots more $$$.
