Hello all, I have a problem and was wondering if anyone would have any idea as to what it could be. I have a pair of grado 325's that when you swivel the right cup, there is a clicking sound. the problem is inside the cup, and sounds as if something is loose...any ideas as to what it could be??

also does grado charge to repair such a problem?, they replaced one pair that was problematic a couple years ago, but that was a while ago and only a month or so after my purchase.

I could just be a blob of hot glue that is loose.

Whatever it is, it should not be too hard to get it out. There are a few how-to guides in the internet that show you how to open Grado phones. I think there's even a video on You-Tube.
