Any way to prevent that?
I've had my 225's for almost 5 years, and after bearing with the powdery dust rubbing off the pads, I finally broke down and bought a new set. It had become like black dandruff everywhere - now its so nice not to have to wash my hands after each use of the phones!
When not wearing them, I store my headphones in a soft case 100% of the time. I don't even use them that often though I do enjoy them.
Does anyone have a treatment for foam pads or should I just count on replacing them every once in a while?
