I know I've seen a ton of these threads around, but man, Grado flat out rocks. The left side of my SR-60's went out recently, and I sent them back about 6 days ago (a much, much more difficult 6 days that I thought it would be, especially when listening to Pink Floyd live recordings). They fixed the problem, of course, handwrote an invoice (and said Thank You! at the bottom, which I appreciated), and put on an entirely new cable. I love Grado.
