I'm looking to get some headphones with at or better sound quality than that of the grado sr60's. I would go up to around $125 whihc also means is the upgrade to sr125s worth it. But most of all, I'm looking for headpohones that are good competition against the sr60's at a comparable price.

Well, I would say if you're planning on getting the SR125, you might as well stretch to at least the SR 225. THe 225 is rather dark though, so be aware of that. If anything, it's best to search around in the Headphones forum; you posted in the IEM forum.
