"I would like to point out that the 1/4" connector is a very high quality
precision German made terminator with is Silver plated. Technically, Silver is a better
conductor than gold. I tested dozens of connection over a three year period
and I picked this connector because it is the best available. The connectors
used by Clou and Cardas are do not come close to the quality of this connector."

NOPE.... they are BSing you. unless if they have changed connectors recently, they mainly use Neutrik plugs. neutriks cost you $2/each in bulk. ....and though on the website of Neutrik they describe a certain model as being "silver".... it never says "silver plated." look at the composition of their alloy...... it's NICKEL!!! neutrik DOES NOT MAKE SILVER 1/4" plugs. never did. Neutrik DOES make silver XLR plugs though, with real silver in their alloy, but no 1/4" plugs that are made of Ag, just called "silver" in color only!

the rest of their website is BS too. read it. full of it.

anyway, i am not saying that you can't hear a difference, but whatever they say IS NOT TO BE BELIEVED.

...and for your own information, Cardas no longer uses Switchcraft 1/4" plugs (which do come in real Ag plating)... they make their own plugs now. at least that's what i saw at CES
