Finally I decide to get the refund. Start to enjoy this standard WA2 yesterday.

May be when I get the refund, time to go for a additional headphone. Interest to know how T1 will be when match with WA2 :)

Sorry to hear that you won't get your mods.
Stil the basic amp is great.
What about if you got the parts, could you not find somebody local to do it for you?

Yes that what I think, in the future. Blackgate is hot in US, but there are a lots other option there too. Like here in Japan most people will not use Blackgate (may be just because too difficult to get one).
