Hey everybody,
 
I've been demoing different universal IEMs and wanted to try the Monster Turbine Pro Gold and Copper editions. I managed to find a really good deal on both from a Monster Authorized Dealer (I checked with Monster) for a new, in-box, full USA warranty pair of each (~$190 for the Golds and ~$260 for the Coppers). I know the ultimate decision is up to me, but I was wondering if you guys think I should go for it and try them out.
 
I guess if I don't like them I can probably find a buyer here on Head-Fi.

The Copper really wow'd me by how it has powerful bass without leaking into another other part of the spectrum. So, if you got a chance, definitely go and try for the Coppers. On the other hand, the Gold is just 'meh'. As some people have already noted, an in-between of Miles Davies' smoothness and Copper's powerful bass. In my opinion, it just makes for something that seems like a bassy earphones out of control though.

Thanks. I was leaning toward the Coppers already but wanted to gather some opinions before going for it.
