iBasso.com They have a new iBasso D2 boa coming out, was told it would be on their web site tomorrow, don't know about the cost but think it's in the $200 range, it's a amp/dac can be used for your computer also.

Around the $500 range the Pico is the best period!
I owned it and it was on par with my $1000+ setup of the Stello DA100 and HP100. The only thing is that the HP100 was better to drive certain cans like the DT990, but overall the Pico was amazing. Right off the bat when I used it, I could hear the difference in sound quality coming out of my transport and when using my Laptop. Best of luck on your search.
