Both work great for rock. The AI-M6 definitely stay in very well under strenuous activity - pretty sure I could hang upside down in them and nothing would happen. On the downside, the Ai-M6 takes longer to put on since you have to route the memory wire over your ear.

I use M6 for jogging, traveling (bus) and they stay in no matter what you do.
btw. memory wire is probably copper so it is bit green atm, if it will be whole green it will look cool

its because of this reaction - 2 Cu + H2O + CO2 + O2 → Cu(OH)2 + CuCO3
CuCO3 is green colour

I do a lot of running (5k, half marathons, marathon training). The best headphones I have found for SQ and the least microphonics is teh JVC FX300. The cable goes over the ear, and if you put the slide all the way up to your chin, microphonics are almost completely eliminated. The aren't my best sounding IEMs, but they definitely hold their worth at $50:
