I need your advice on the Little-Dot II++ amp. Would you know how much these cost if purchased used? A ball park figure is also fine. I just bid for it on ebay for $120. Is this a good price? Also what is the difference between LDII++ and LDII?

Also, what kind of an effort is required tube amps? How often does one need to replace the tubes? The seller is using Mullard M8161 tubes with the LDII++. Are replacement tubes easy to find? Since I'm not much of an DIY type person and more of a plug and play type, will a tube amp suit my disposition? The other amp I had in mind was the Beresford TC-7520.
