I am going to change the POT of my MG Head MK3, and I think I'll get the ALPS but it seems that there are model of 1000k and 2500k. For this amp which one should I choose? and what are the difference? BTW how much the improvment on the sound would be after changing the POT?? thanks

Why not a step or ladder set-up? If your going to take it apart, might as well go all out. While your in there put a switch for input selection or convert it to a pass through. Just some ideas....

How far can you take the MG Head MKIII?

Post some pics of the inside of the unit and power supply if you have the ability
