I want to retube my Dynaco tuner (still running on originals!).

Where's the best place to go? I don't think I need expensive NOS stuff for this application, just a good price and someone who'll know what I need without making me dig out the schematic.

True...I have bought tubes from Triode Electronics on three different occasions and have been completely satisfied with them.

You can also try Upscale Audio. Kevin Deal is a good guy to deal with. His tubes aren't cheap, but I haven't had any problems with the ones I've bought. Telephone is the best way to get a hold of him; forget email if you want a response from him this century - or ever.
