It looks like my audio card (built-in) has died. I get no sound, the OS doesn't even recognize that I have an audio card any more. So I am looking for an audio card. I don't need the best you can buy but I would like one with a pretty good dac chipset in it and a headphone amp would be a plus. What would you recommend ?

Asus's Xonar DG or DGX sound card  or Creative's Sound Blaster Z sound card.
