Find Joker's thread on IEMs for a great survey. My personal favorites in the category are soundmagic's.

I'd avoid the Senns if you care at all about cable noise. If you plan to do any type of physical activity with them, the microphonics make them extremely annoying. I'm very happy with the MEE m6 I just got, no problems with cable noise at all. No experience with the others.

You can get RE0s for $40?

I like the NuForce Ne-6 suggested above. SoundMAGIC PL30 are meant to be pretty good too.

From my own limited IEM experience--I hesitate to pay more than $40 for one because of my tendency to break them--the three I've owned that I'd recommend are the Meelectronics AI-M6, RE2s and Nuforce NE6. The RE2s can be ordered with a Fios amp for $39. The M6's are really my favorites.
