Hello Guys,
I want to buy good Headphones for my FiiO X3. It is a portable player, but has enaugh power for the most Headphones (even enaugh power for headphones with a bit more ohms). So As long as the Headphones has under 300 Ohms it sould be ok.
I want closed Headphones for mobile use, but i still want to have the audiophile feeling. 
My Top List is:
Denon AH-D 600
Audio Technica ATH-M50x
Beyerdynamics DT 770 Pro
 
Are there any other good closed Headphones in that price range?
And what are the best ones?
I want to have a nice stage and a clear sound. I am not a Bass junkie, but i like a bit warmer Headphones.

The 770's are much too big for portable (especially on the go) use.  You might add the Senn Momentum to your consideration list.

+1 for the NAD HP50 or you can try its sibling the PSB M4U1 (from Paul Barton). These are portable headphones.

JVC HA-SZ1000/SZ2000 (These are bass monsters.)

Ok.
So I am looking forward to these Headphones:

What can you tell me about them? Which should I buy? I want a really nice and clear sound. hear many details, I can't with cheap headphones. I want them to have slightly bass boosted (to have some fun, not for analytics), but i want to have an audiophile character. And I want to have a "Wow"- Effect when I hear them (after burn-in for these guys who believe in it, I do).

The NAD HP50 and PSB M4U 1 are the best of bunch for portable use.  However, they cost more too.
