Jimmy Hughes,  who writes for hifi mags in the UK , wrote when discussing the benefits of audiophile USB cables that when he swapped them on his photo scanner ,  the file size was always bigger when using the hi end cable therfore it was obviously able to pass more data than the bog standard one.
 
Im serious, what an idiot , he doesnt deserve a computer, he should be forced to use a vtech laptop.

astroid: I'm sorry but I'm going to stop this thread before it starts. Why? Because this is supposed to be a forum about science, not bashing people. Sure, it may be fun to take a poke at the silly things people do, but in the past it has lead towards people believing it's ok on Head-Fi to be abusive towards others.
