I forgot about this thread! Thanks for the info. I forgot there is DVD+R and DVD-R. I have a DVD that can read it all so I'm good.

I got some Fujifilm CD-Rs from Best Buy that were made in japan that I liked, so I'll look for Fuji DVD+Rs as well.

ritek/ridata are my choice for both cds & dvds.

i buy them from newegg and they're usually quite cheap. work in every player i've tried them in and burn faster than rated. the 4x dvd+r i have burn at 12x with a flashed nec dvd burner.

plus the disc face are usually blank or very subtle with the logos. makes it cleaner to write on.

edit : $27 for 100pk 8x dvd+r with free shipping .. can't go wrong with these.
