I hear everywhere that the tips that come with SoundMAGIC's E30 are mediocre at best. Any recommendations for tips I should buy? I don't really want to spend too much because the IEM themselves were $40. My E30's should be coming this week, hopefully.
 
I don't really know about sizes, is there anyway to measure this or can I only try some out.

The tips that make one person happy won't necessarily do the same for another.  I'd suggest you try the included tips first (for me they were average) before you shell out for new ones.
 
The E30 sounds very good for the money but offers terrible isolation (which is why it didn't last long in my gym bag).
