Hey guys, my birthday is coming up, so I'll get a little bit of extra cash in my pocket. I would like to get headphones in the price range of $100 - $150. I have Sol Republic Tracks, but I sorta want better, I want more, even though my tracks are really good. I haven't done much research, but I've heard V-MODA headphones like the crossfade lp's and the m 80's were good. I've also considered Sol Republic Master Tracks.
I want headphones with overall quality of course, but I really favor headphones with really good bass. This is mainly because I like dubstep, which involves a lot of bass.
I like cool and style headphones, but I will give up style for quality any day.

Also, would Audio-Technica ATH-M50x Professional Headphones be good? They are $167 but I'm willing to pay 17 extra dollars.

The m50x is for fake bassheads.  You want the ATH-Pro700 Mk2.
