Hi everyone,
I recently posted a thread in the headphones section requesting some assistance on how to improve sound quality. I currently own a Philips SBC-HP1000 and a tiny little Fiio E5 amplifier. I wanted to purchase new headphones but most folks in the headphones forum suggested getting better equipment since I wouldn't be able to pick up better headphones in my low budget of about $100. The Philips are pretty old so here is a link with specs:

So far people suggested Fiio E9, Fiio E11 and iBasso D-Zero, does anyone have experience with these amps or headphones? (I do realize the E9 is not portable) Primarily wanting to improve the bass response on these headphones since the rest is good enough for me. Portability isn't necessary since the headphones are huge and never really leave my desk.
Thanks in advance for your help.
