I tried Shure E2C a long time ago... couldn't get used it.

Just recently I bought a pair of Shure SE310... sounded so, so awesome... but felt painful.

Now my main music time is at my desk with a lovely HD650 set, but I'd like something for the ipod when I'm out walking to/from places. The Yuin buds are the only options that I can find. Anything else?

Thanks for any info.

Someones eventually going to say this, so Koss KSC-75s. They're clip-ons and sound rather nice (and are very cheap).

Other options are the Amadana Bamboo earphones, which also sound fairly nice. I can't get a decent fit however, so I personally get no bass. YMMV.

I haven't heard the Yuins myself, though they do have good feedback here.

Goodluck!

x2 on the Yuin, you might like the PK3 better becuase of the low impedance, but it might affect detail,

translation, they dont require amplification but the sound quality might suffer due to that, but according to the folk here, they do sound quite good for buds,
