Im planning to build a MINT and I figured that I could buy all the parts I needed from mouser.com except for the panasonic EVJ-C20. Anyone knows a good alternative available at mouser? Thanks!

I've looked for a long time to find something, I haven't found anything. other than cheaper(very cheap quality wise) pots.

If you mean something that will plug into the MINT board, then the only option I can recommend is the EVJ. Mouser carries the RK12 line by ALPS, but they're unsuited to DIY work: they aren't panel-mountable. And anyway, the RK12s perform worse than the EVJs.

Also, I believe that the pins on the RK12 are a little beefier than on the EVJ - I seem to recall having problems fitting them in the holes on the MINT board.

There have to be more options than the EVJ and the RK12. I mean, theyre just 10k-50k logarithmic taper potentiometers.

Has anyone had any success with anything other than these in a DIY project?
