I have been getting headaches due to the pressure on the top of my head from my current headphones (DT-880, MDR-MA900, ATH-A900X) and I think that I need to start looking into the purchase of a pair of IEMs above $10.

My main listening is, for lack of a better word to describe it, ethereal female vocals (Think Trespassers William, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQRXzEHDzng and Mree, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMbs0cIXeTs), folky female vocals (Think Gabrielle Aplin, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wWttGChn5ZE and Emily Barker, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJIoLA3CjgE) and classical (Think Vaughan Williams, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZR2JlDnT2l8). They will also be used to watch television, movies and play games.

I am currently using a Fiio E07/E09 combo.

Budget should be between $175 and $225'ish, maybe a little bit more if it's worth the little push.

Since I would be using them very frequently, I would definitely prefer something that is built to last.

Thank you.

I like the Shure se215 that I just picked up. They're pretty good all rounder IEMs with a single driver, solid build, smooth sound, detachable cables, and at $100 bucks, they won't break the bank... or your spirit once you see how empty your wallet is. :)

I also liked the RE-262 and RE-400, but I gave up on them real quick because I had fit problems.. But I have fit problems with ALL IEMs except Shure and Westone, so could be worth a look for you.

Thank you for the recommendation.  I will definitely consider them.

I am still looking for some other suggestions so I can get an idea of what's out there
