Is this good enough? http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-Pin-XLR-Female-Balanced-to-1-4-1-8-Male-Headphone-Cable-TRS-Audio-Adapter-/121341087672?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&var=&hash=item1c407e0fb8
And should i get a 1/4" or 1/8"? I'll use both of these connections, But is there a difference in sound? I suspect not..

Neutrik adapters can be had for about half of what you found on eBay.

What about that? http://www.ebay.com/itm/XLR-4-Pin-Female-Jack-to-1-4-Right-Angle-Audio-TRS-Guitar-Output-cable-2m-609B-/120903639137?pt=US_Cables_Snakes_Interconnects&hash=item1c266b2061
It says it's for guitar, But i guess it's the same connector..
