I know these have gone out of fashion in recent years, but when I got into the hobby, this was a pretty good competitor with the Grado SR-60. It got about 30% if the votes on a "DR50 vs SR60" thread back in the day.

$45 seems pretty good. Shipping is $6.

No, the DR150 was being compared to the HD580.

How are the DR50 and DR100 comparable then? The DR150 are not available where I live but the DR100 are quite affordable.

I personally have never heard them - I chose Grado. But I have heard good things.

I have checked out the Grado's but just can not get around the design. I really need my headphones to go around the ear and not on them.
