I will be visiting a friend for a week and since she will be working I will have some free time during the days.  I would Love to find a place to demo some Audeze or Stax Headphones.  Anyone know of such a place?

I can vouch for headphonebar. I've been there personally and you can most definitely audition high end headphones. The guy who runs the place is friendly and very helpful.

Looks like they have some good stuff, but not the one I'm considering atm: Ultrasone Signature Pro.  Still, probably worth broadening my horizons with a visit sometime.  Know of any other places, too?  And thanks!
