blueyonder in the uk, apart from the odd hiccup when it might go off for an hour or so (they are usually quite quick at fixing things), but anyhew, i download shed-loads of things through them, have never had one of those warning letters, and the thing i'm really happy about.
after we'd already upgraded from a 512/128 to a 1024/256 connection, i happen to be doing a speed test and i'm getting speeds much higher than they should be.
i check their website out of curiosity, and they have upgraded all thier boradband customers downstream connections by 50% for free!!
so i now have a 1.5mb/256kb connection for the same price as the one before.
HOORAY!!!
