How long did it take for you to get your go-vibe amp (after sending payment)? Just wondering. I know he's in Canada and understand that can delay things, but how long have you guys had to wait (and where are you located)?

I live in North Carolina and it took 2 weeks.

Most likely the USPS takes a long time with these Canadian packages.

Good Luck!

So I gave it another week....4 weeks total. Sent 'im an e-mail & all I get back is an auto-response:

Quote:

(Today) The go-vibe V4 has sold out.
There are no plans to offer a replacement.
I have two one-of-a-kind custom headphone amps left:
1) 1 only custom compact Home PIMETA.
2) 1 only portable PIMETA in a translucent Serpac case.
Thanks to all who have supported me throughout the past three years.
"Good Vibes" and happy listening!

??? The last email I had gotten from him was this:

Quote:

(12 Jan 2006) OK, got it. Your amp will be shipped tomorrow.

I went to the website & see the link to the discontinuation thread. Not really gonna discuss personal business on a public forum, but does anyone know any other contact info for him, since all you get back is an auto-response? (Since I paid for my amp January 11th, notice he won't be producing any more v4s, but don't know if mine was actually shipped or not).

Thanks. Norm, if you're reading this, PM me.

P.S. On the other hand, how do those PIMETAs compare to the go-vibe v3 or v4?
