My CIEMs have perfect fit, but the seal not that much. The solution are silicon wraps, which I just cut out from some tips. All perfect, but irritating is taking the ciems out of the ear - the wraps obviously always have to fall off.
The best solution would be to glue them on. Is there a glue, which can be safely used on CIEMs and which will do no harm to my ears?

No feedback? There's no biomedical glue (or something similar), that can be bought by a regular user, which won't hurt the inner ear (obviously I wouldn't use a lot of glue )?
