The 337 has simply huge reserves of power, reserves that the 332 doesn't have. This extra power makes up for an amp that is basically designed for higher impedance cans.

At the time I was looking for an can amp, I thought the 337 was too big. The 332, or "little 337", was a excellent compromise. I've never regreted buying it.
