I found this on an old turntable a few years ago.
I'm not really into turntables so thought I would see if anyone else wanted it.

IT DOES NOT HAVE A STYLUS
Although you can buy the Shure N21D stylus online easily from various sources including ebay for about $30

I was going to sell it , but since nobody wanted it .
I am now giving it away for free (you have to pay the shipping though)
