Hello fellow audiophiles,
I am seeking advice/recommendations on getting started with a new source. I have been using iPhone/iPod as source for my portable listening for quite some time.
At home with my mid-phile gear I was comparing the sound from my iDevice to my cdp. I noted that the cdp sounded much better... I'm certain there must be a way to get cd quality sound from a portable device. I'm clueless about every aspect of this.
I'm hoping someone can guide me on the "how to" and such. What portable listening device to get. To externally amplify and convert or not to...
How does one acquire/transfer tracks to said device etc...
I've been mesmerized by the "i" for far too long... Help me escape the cult (lol)
