I'm getting a Cowon X7, but I have some questions about it.  I'm not really worried about sound quality, as it's a Cowon.  I have some other miscellaneous questions about it, though. The main things that I want to know are:
 

• How bad is the video resolution up close? I know that it's pretty low, at 480x272, but how bad does it look in person?
• Does it play .swf files/other flash files?
• Can you explore directories inside of directories on it for things like pictures, instead the way iPods are, in which case directories are simply merged into their parent directories?

 
I know that these questions seem random, but I like knowing everything about something before I get it.
