That'd be peachy! I'd love to give them a whirl. Let me know when the time comes closer, I'll gladly pay for shipping and handling. I'm definitely curious about them... I REALLY wasn't impressed with the AD700, but I know these guys are a totally different animal.

But hey, lately I've wanted something more relaxed than the GS1000 to revert to when my ears are really tired. HD650 was too relaxed... perhaps this one's the sweet spot for "hung over ears?"

I want to get speakers now and Ken (audiolineout) has some Bose 6-1/2" Direct/Reflecting® Bookshelf Speakers and he says they sound great with the Dared MP5 Tube amp.

Can anyone make recommendations for a pair of speakers preferably under $200? I'm thinking I might cave and just get the Bose... I've read bad things about them like not posting their frequency responses etc.

Also, I'd like for them to be banana plug compatible since my tube amp has those connectors.

Hmm I dunno I think I have enough open cans for now. If I were to get headphones it'd be the E500's.
