Possible, yes. Likely, no. Highly doubt it will since the T60 is old and unpopular. I'm a fan of it but people complained about the joystick and early on it had problems where it took 2 minutes to start up(till an update fix) and it faded into obscurity. So, If there is no interest it probably won't happen. It should have happened by now anyway.
I hope the new E50 takes off and gains enough popularity. Iriver seems to be getting back to better sounding units and this one got tested to get 48 hours of battery life with 192 bitrate files. This would be great for Rockbox since it has such great battery life and tactile controls and improving SQ. Same drawback with the T60 being only 4GB capacity though that is enough for a small grab-n-go flash player.
