I've got an Xperia Z with CM 11 (Android 4.4.3) and when I connect the Geek out 450 to the phone via OTG the Geek Out is powered but lights up for 48K and DSD, as well as the 2x upsampling light. But when I play something through them, I hear nothing through headphones connected to the Geek or the phone's speakers. If I connect 1A power as well there's no difference while the lights flash and their is a repeated popping noise if I connect it to 2A power.

Also, the iPad says it requires too much power even with a 2A power source connected with it.

All the bonus power is supplied via a power block and a Y USB splitter (2 males for device and power and female for geek out)

Thanks in advance

The GeekOuts don't work with OTG, even with an external power source . This is been tried and proven in the thread multiple times

Thank you for the response but didn't LHLabs show off the Geek out being used with a Samsung Galaxy S3?
