It works, but now it has a hiss and a pop on the right channel.

I pushed the tube saver in, and I guess it was off a pin instead of breaking the center guide it wouldn't come out.

The tube came out but not the saver, and so I decided to force it out.

This is what happens when you're in a hurry!

I am going to hang my head in shame and send an email to Schiit... :sob:

I assume that it is still under warranty? If so, then you can just go ahead and throw in a multi-bit card in it as well.
I'm the second owner, I don't think Schiit will cover it...

Send it back to the first owner and have them send it to Schiit with you covering all of the shipping. Sure it will cost extra, but lesson learned. :wink:

Yeah, I just wrote Schiit and took blame for it, I'm sure it'll be cheaper than a new one, and lesson learned.

Schiit wrote me back and gave me some pricing and an RMA #

Send it out tomorrow!
