ok not sure if this is the correct forum, but anyway. this thread was inspired by this one:

but obviously, it's for games and movies instead of music. so, what particular PC games or movies do you feel have well-mastered audio, good sound effects, cool voices, etc.?
 
i have a blu-ray player on my pc, with only 2 blu ray movies. and the only game i have installed at the moment is COD4. i feel like i need to make more use of my system, in general, especially for sweet audio. 
 
oh, i guess i should at least get the ball rolling, so here's my suggestion:
 
-Mass Effect 2: great voice acting!

A lot of indie games have a LOT of great effects and music.  Things like Braid, which is extremely hard AND mind blowingly fun, also have some great quality music aswell.

Vote for BC2 !
Up to now for me the game with the best sound.
But I like CoD (4 - 6) and Bioshock as well. If you search for games with good scary sound effects give FEAR or Alien vs. Predator a try.
