Gah... ! How should I set the anti skating on my turntable?

Well to be quite honest I'm not sure. I can't keep the auditory information in my head long enough between changes. Nothing sounds bad, but I can't really hear any big improvements either. Same goes for the anti skate dial. I can't hear much if any difference when it is on 0 or 4. I am just keeping it slightly under 2 right now.
