I really love the neutral sound of the Etymotics, I found their sound signature perfect for me.. but I prefer to use Full size headphones in general.  
What headphone have the closest (the same is probably not possible) sound signature to the etymotics?

I've not heard either but Hifiguy said ER4 gives you something like 90% of the sound of the HD800.

HD800 and DT48. The latter sounds just as "in your face" as ER4, the HD800 obviously has much bigger soundstage, but sounds slightly less fast as ER4 and DT48 and has a bit more bass. HD600 also sounds pretty similar, but isn't quite on par with the others when it comes to technical capabilities.
 
K1000 probably also sounds similar, though I haven't heard them.
