Full size or in ear?

I can only find Philips here in Bolivia, the sonys that i can fins are very bad. So my options are: She9500, She9503 ,She9550 or the full size SBCHP460. Which sounds best? I listen to metal music mostly and want my music with bass. My budget is under 30 dollars at most.The she 9503 are one of the least expensive (only 12 dollars).

I think HP460 are better than others and they isolate well with great sound quality for the price.

Some people told me that at this price its better in ear monitors, but i dont know... i tried the sbchp460 and really liked it , also tried the she9500 but i dont remember how good it was. Suggestions?

If you thinking of wearing them for long periods: Over ear or on ear
 
Portable: In ear
 
Better sound: Over ear
